World’s largest Motorbike Service Center now in Dhaka by Suzuki Bangladesh – Rancon Motor Bikes Ltd. This historical launch took place today at Tejgaon with top officials and various moto vloggers and enthusiasts.

With a mammoth 22,000 square feet space and 30 service bays, Rancon Motorbikes have established this new Service center which is hoped to service at least 200 plus bikes everyday. Besides the service area, there is a gigantic storage supply of spare parts and a large ambient customer waiting zone.

Not just that, what is unique about this service center is that there is a dedicated test ride zone and also scooter training school area where customers can test ride and also learn to ride motorbike or scooters.

By the launch of this historical service center, it is believed to minimize the waiting time for the riders and also reduce the common complaint of slow supply of spare parts. Needless to say, Suzuki has been the leading Japanese company in the market and yet they received plentiful complaints about service and the lead time. It is believed that they have answered to those questions pretty well and pretty big in size. It is just now a matter of time to see how the quality of service and service time promises are being served.
